These two days are synthetic, built to look like a typical Amazon prep and cross-dock 3PL. Every number is an assumption, tagged by where the real value should come from. With your feed (pallet state changes, manifests, appointments), the timing, trucks and costs become your real ones; the movement of people and pallet jacks on the floor stays illustrative. Codes like ATL6 or RDU1 are Amazon fulfillment centers, named after the nearest airport plus a number; which FCs and their distances are illustrative here. The baseline's trucks come from a stand-in coordinator rule; OpEra's come from its planning model, on the same inputs.
